Wellness is not a linear path. It can be managing ADHD, navigating the years-long recovery of a postpartum body, or doing the deeper 'shadow work' to integrate the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden. I’ve stopped looking for perfection. This space is for the messy reality of health and wellness—focusing on how we actually function, manage our energy, and find peace when the 'standard' advice never fits. Coaching is about the whole person.
